RP Service Pack 2 Released

Microsoft has released Response Point Service Pack 2.  It’s immediately available for download from their website.

They have also released a fact sheet detailing the features of SP2 – you can download it from here.

We’ve had a secret version of SP2 for some time – it appears to be a stable release with some useful new features.  Keep checking back as we go more in-depth with SP2.

    Hi j allen.

According to John Frederiksen (GM, Response Point) in an article in Phone+ Magazine, published today, RP Version 2.0 will be released in January 2010.

We still have no additional information regarding 2.0 – keep checking back with us – as soon as we hear something we’ll be sure to post it here on RPTricks.com!
